They lost my passport to and from my house, who does that… a passport. The fellow behind the counter says just go get a new one, real nonchalant, no emotions or nothing, no apology, just heartless about my passport… he said we lost plenty of packages yours is not the only one…, they get a big goose egg zero for everything…. Who loses packages and act like nothing happen?

We visited the post office today because we had been away and our mailbox filled up, and the lady working the window proceeded to yell at us that we weren't worth her time and sent my wife out of the room crying. She did not help us or look for our packages. Absolutely horrific customer service.
