I have had a package delivered to our neighborhood mailbox and I can NOT remove the package from my end of the box, too tight to get it out! I have left several notes, inside the mailbox, outside the mailbox covering the keyhole, so the carrier would read it before using the key to open the box to insert mail, , but for some reason, the Carrier is choosing NOT to read the notes. I have called the local PO Box before closing, but no one answers the phone. Frustrated!
